What does a VRF project at STULZ look like? We are happy to take you along in our process on the basis of a number of clearly formulated steps. 1. First contact

The first contact with the customer is an important first step in the project process. Whether it concerns an acquisition or a first question from the customer, we guide the customer from the very beginning. Our goal is to help and advice the (potential) customer at any time.

2. Mapping the wishes of the customer

After the first contact, it is important to map out the wishes and requirements of the customer. These wishes and requirements are related to the available specifications and the project description. What has been prescribed? What requirements must the installation meet? What is the time schedule of the project? These are a number of questions that can be relevant when mapping out the wishes of the customer.

Our representatives think along to immediately tackle any "blind spots" and to ensure that there are no surprises for both parties as the project progresses. After all, nobody likes unpleasant surprises.

3. The design

Once all the customer's wishes and requirements have been mapped out, it is up to our representatives to select the right systems and controllers in collaboration with our engineers. We always look at our entire product portfolio (for example, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries) to see where synergy can be achieved and where our systems can best work together. This is done in extensive consultation with our other departments and always considering aspects such as energy efficiency, comfort and sustainability.
 

4. The proposition

When the design has been completed, a first proposal is sent to the customer for the complete VRF installation. Flexibility is paramount in this phase. It often happens that changes are still needed as a result of the proposal. Then we resume the conversation with the customer and our engineers to apply and process these changes. These changes can vary from room layout to a change in the required capacities of the installation. By keeping the conversation open, we arrive at the most appropriate system design in collaboration with the customer.

5. Implementation

The next step is the actual implementation of the project, in collaboration with the work planners, installer(s) and other parties involved in the project. During the project, communication is key. By maintaining clear contact with all parties involved, no misunderstandings can arise in the implementation and the climate and VRF systems are optimally installed on site and finally put into operation.

6. Project completed

The construction and installation process is set and done and it is now time to finalize the project. We always try to be present during the finalization to answer the latest questions and make sure everything is clear for the end user.
 

7. Aftersales: Service

After the finalization of the project, STULZ will be happy to assist you with further service, maintenance or general questions.
